Robert E. Minahan
Robert E. Minahan was Mayor of Green Bay, Wisconsin. Minahan was born on January 27, 1858 in Howard, New York to Irish immigrants.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Robert E. Minahan, MD (1858 - 1935) )〕 He moved with his family to Calumet County, Wisconsin in 1860. Minahan graduated from the Oshkosh Normal School, Rush Medical College and the University of Michigan Law School. He later practiced both medicine and law in Kewaunee, Wisconsin before moving to Green Bay in 1898.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Minahan, Robert Emmet 1858 - 1935 )〕 They had one son. Minahan died in 1935.
Minahan's brother, Victor, was editor of the ''Green Bay Press-Gazette'' and the ''Appleton Post-Crescent''.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Minahan, Victor Ivan 1881 - 1954 )〕 Another brother, John, was honored by St. Norbert College when it named its football team's stadium after him. Minahan married Nellie Mulcahy.
